KMAT 400ºC 1KV

For the use in environments or equipment with high temperatures such as heaters, ovens, injection molding and extruders, among others.

Materials:
Conductor: bare electrolytic copper, nickel-plated copper*,pure nyckel wires*, stranding class 4.
Insulation: Polyimide and Mica Tape
Cover: white glass fiber braid with red stripe.

Specifications:
EPAN 37 (Pan Electric)

Properties:
Working temperature: thermal stability up to 400 ºC
Flexible at temperatures below 0 °C
Excellent balance of electrical, chemical and thermal properties.
Highly resistant to radiation
In addition to providing better properties and mechanical characteristics, the interpolation of the two strands confers greater Isolation voltage (1KV).
Flame resistant
Should be applied in dry environments.
Recommended for fixed use
Section: 1.0 to 10.0 mm ² (remaining sections on request).

Pansil 200ºC 0,6/1KV

Used in electric resistances, heaters, portable devices connections and where conductors must be resistant to heat at Voltages of 0.6 / 1KV.

Materials:
Conductor: bare electrolytic copper wires, annealed, stranding class 4.
Insulation: cross-linked silicone rubber for 200 º C
Coverage: cross-linked silicone rubber for 200 º C
External Braid: glass fiber wires braid (optional).

These cables can have non-hygroscopic polyester tape and braided shielding copper wire, where provided.

Specifications:
Identification of Conductors: white, numbered or colored veins (upon request).
Applicable Standards: EPAN 05 (Pan Electric)
Packaging: Coil

Properties:
Working temperature: thermal stability up to 200 ºC
Flexible at temperatures below 0 °C (up to -70°C)
Silicone provides good resistance to acids, grease and moisture.
Resistance to ozone
Braided fiberglass: provides greater mechanical strength and assists in thermal protection.

Panerg XLPE/PVC

Used for fixed installations, in generating circuits and distribution of electricity at voltages of 0.6 / 1KV.

Conductor: bare or tinned electrolytic copper wires, annealed, stranding class 4
Insulation: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).
Coverage: thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride compound (PVC).
These cables may have braided shielding wire or copper tape and mechanical frame in galvanized steel, where provided.

Pansinal

They are primarily intended for the use in electronic instrumentation of industrial plant in general and in particular for the chemical and petrochemical industry.

Insulation: Compound thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for 70, 105 °C or polyethylene.
